A very frequent question is “how much time does it take to recover after breast implants surgery?”<\/p>\n

It is very relevant actually. It takes 2 weeks for the wound to heal. The pain and the return to any activities depends on the position of the implants.<\/p>\n

When they are placed under the pectoralis muscle( dual plane in my patients) it takes more time than above the muscle (subfascial plane for my patients). Usually you need 4-7 days to return to your activities in the first case and less than 4 days in the second.<\/p>\n

To return to the gym you need 2 months for under the muscle implants and 1 month for those above.<\/p>\n

Of course all of this is relative and may vary between patients.<\/p>\n
